Hi, Sunny here. For 11 years, I have helped students build their CVs and get into some of the best universities in the UK and America such as Oxford, Stanford, and Yale. You can sign up here to receive my newsletter on CV-building activities alongside tips and insights on succeeding in the admissions process. I am also on Twitter and Instagram. And if you want professional help with university admissions, our company website is here. We have curated a great set of events for you. There is something for every type of student! So, let's just get straight into it. Upcoming EventsYoung Economist of the Year Competition: This competition does exactly what it says on the tin. Sponsored by KPMG, this event provides the opportunity for students to flex their economic muscles by doing advanced analysis on some of the world’s most pressing economic issues. The competition is sponsored by KPMG and the Financial Times, giving it extra credibility and the opportunity for students to show that they know their stuff to some world experts. Fear not for those who worry about solo work or are not confident in their writing ability don't worry! The competition allows students to work in groups of up to 5. In addition to this, students don’t have to write. In what is a relatively unique situation, the competition allows students to design a podcast, video or presentation instead of writing. So there really is no excuse. You can learn more and sign up here. Deadline 12 July.
